Our production time for custom orders is typically 3-5 business days. This may vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Shipping times are in addition to production time, and will vary based on the shipping method chosen.

Because each custom product is unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
